Tracer 700 2019 Lowering kit made in CNC machined billet aircraft aluminum, pre-installed NTN needlebearings and
seals, lowers the suspension and reduces the seat height by 30mm, approximately 1.2"inches.
For earleir 2016-2018 Yamaha Tracer 700 models we offer a spring retainer for the rear shock absorber
lowering the suspension 25mm or approximately 1 inch.
By installing this kit the rear suspension is lowered and
the seat height reduced by 25mm (1.0" inch). When installing this kit the front forks are also lowered by adjustment of the front fork legs
upwards in the triple clamps ot maintain neutral handling.
This lowering kit is a high quality aftermarket accessory for Yamaha Tracer 700 which enables shorter
riders to reach the ground. The spring retainer in the lowering kit replaces the standard spring retainer in the rear shock absorber.
To install this kit you need a rear shock absorber spring compressor or coil spring clamps.
Unless you have the correct tools we recommend to have this kit installed by your Yamaha local brand dealership or suspension specialist.
As such the installation is not difficult, but installation requires correct tools to be used.
When this kit is installed the front forks are also lowered by adjusting the fork legs upwards in the triple clamps.
