Lowering kits for Yamaha YZF-R6 year models 1998, 1999, 2000, 2001, 2002, 2003, 2004, 2005, 2006, 2007, 2008, 2009, 2010, 2011, 2012, 2013 ,2014, 2015, 2016 and
the all new 2017-2019 R6.
Note that the lowering kits are different for various year models, please select the correct kit for your R6!
Each Yamaha YZF-R6 lowering kit contain either two lowering links or two lowering rear suspension brackets that replaces
the standard parts on your bike.
The later models of the YZF-R6 was supplied with an exceptionally high seat height, thus many shorter riders find
the bike unnecessary high. Lowering the R6 increases the stability of the bike.
A lowering kits will increase the bikes stability, but it will also turn in a bit slower into corners.
If you like, you may also lower the front end to keep the same handling characteristics and geometry,
