Yamaha XJ6 lowering kit includes new suspension linkage bracket plates that moves the rear shock absorbers upper mount
upwards and backwards to accommodate the lowering. Note that the Yamaha XJ6 and XJ6 Diversion does not use
the common "dog bone" multi-link rear suspension. To lower the Yamaha XJ6 N and XJ6 Diversion Lust Racing engineered
a new upper shock mount that bolts to the frame and interlocks with the existing rear shock mount.
The kit is dimensioned to last the lifetime of the bike and manufactured of high tensile steel.
