Return Policy: Lust Racing will replace any product that is defective or when incorrect item was supplied in error at no cost to the customer.
BEFORE APPLYING FOR A Product Return Authorisation MAKE SURE THAT YOU DID READ THE INSTALLATION INSTRUCTIONS PROVIDED WITH OUR PRODUCTS, ALSO OUR FAQ SECTION WITH QUESTIONS AND ANSWERS (Q&A) ON OUR SITE PROVIDES ANSWERS TO ALL MOST COMMON QUESTIONS. Please call or contact us using the web contact form on our site to get and request a (PRA code) BEFORE returning any item, regardless of reason, to request a Product Return Authorisation (PRA).
    Include the following details:
  • Your name
  • address
  • email
  • phone number
  • bike make, model and year of manufacture
  • product to be returned
  • description of the reason for your return request
  • state if you like a refund or exchange to other product

Lust Racing cannot accept returned merchandise without an PRA.

Any defect must be notified to us within 24 hours from receipt of goods in writing (email) from the same email address used in conjuction with the purchase. If you receive a damaged parcel you must ask the carrier to make a note that the parcel is damaged upon receipt. All items must be returned in the same "new" condition ("new"= unused,unfitted,unscratched,clean) as supplied. When correct item is supplied a 7-day cool off period applies. If you change your mind you have to notify us within the 7-day cool off period. Postage costs are NOT refunded when items are returned when correct item has been supplied. The customer pays the return postage. We recommend to send returns signed for with tracking code as we cannot be held responsible for parcels/products lost in transit. You must return received items within 14 days to us from the date you received your order. Lust Racing is not responsible for any damage or loss of returned packages and we suggest that you insure the returned package(s) through the carrier. Returns and exchanges must be in the same new condition as supplied including original product packaging. Please do NOT use the manufacturer’s product box as the shipping container. For each item returned for refund instead of exchange, a restocking fee of up to 15% may be assessed. The manufacturer’s packaging must be clear of writings or markings.

INTERNATIONAL RETURNS ensure CORRECT CUSTOMS DECLARATION "RETURN" Customers abroad (outside UK) are responsible for any custom or tax charges if applied. International returns must be decleared as "RETURN" and specified as returns with custom value "0" so that no custom charge will be applied on returned items. Lust Racing Ltd will not pay custom charges for return parcels incorrectly declared, i.e. a return with incorrect customs declaration will fail. Incorrectly declared parcels may in such case be returned to the sender (customer) by the carrier. If parcels as a result of incorrect declaration are returned a refund cannot be issued. If custom charges are paid by the seller upon receipt of a return, these charges will be deducted from a possible refund, in case or replacement such fees has to be paid by the cutomer before release of replacement. NOTE: GOODS THAT CANNOT BE RETURNED Parts that have been installed (or attempted to install) and/or used in any manner will NOT be accepted for return. Electrical, ignition, and parts with bearings / needlebearings, discounted or discontinued items, and products made to order are NOT returnable/refundable/replacable if sealed packaging has been opened. Videos and DVD’s must be unopened and in original packaging. Items can be exchanged, but if returned for a refund then a restocking of 15% will apply. All closeout and clearance merchandise sales are final and cannot be refunded. Manufacturers defect are acceptable.

If you return any item from a combo/package deal for a refund, the items being kept from the combo/package deal will revert to regular pricing and customer will receive refund of the remainder after pricing has been recalculated to reflect original pricing. That includes items added free in combination with purchase of any product. If the purchased product is returned, the terms for receiving the free add on does no longer exist, and the value of the free add on will revert to its resale's value and deducted from the return products refund value. Lust Racing will not accept exchanges for items that are discounted, clearance or discontinued. Return shipping costs and other incidental fees are the sole responsibility of the customer unless the item was defective or incorret item shipped in error.

Instructions for Returns, Exchanges & Refunds
If you against all odds are not satisfied with your purchase, please follow the instructions below to return the item:

1. Request Product Return Authorisation (PRA)
Email us at sales(at) to request a Product Return Authorisation (PRA)or use our web-contact form and request a (PRA). State what item you like to return and outline the reason for the return, state your bike's make, model and year of manufacture, please remember to include purchase date, method of payment (PayPal) or Credit Card, email address and your contact details. Unfortunately, we cannot/do not accept returned merchandise without an PRA clearly marked on the outside of the return parcel.

2. Returns
All returns must be in the same new condition as supplied in unopened sales packaging and include all original manufacturers instructions. Returns must be received by Lust Racing within 14 days from the date the customer has received the goods. Lust Racing, Ltd. is NOT responsible for any damage or loss of returned packages and we recommend that you insure the returned package through the carrier. Always insure your return package for the full retail value of the item and obtain a tracking number from your chosen shipper. Unfortunately, we cannot process refunds on damaged items; damaged items will be returned to the customer via Royal Mail when customer pays return postage. Refusal of paying return postage for return of damaged items (items not reutrned in accordance to our return policy) will become propety of Lust Racing ltd if return postage is not paid within 60 days.

3. Exchanges
There are two exchange methods available at lustracing: 1) Standard exchange or 2) Cross-ship. For the fastest service, Lust Racing can cross-ship orders. When cross-ship is used, please place a new order for the item you like to exchange the returned item to after receiving an acceptance of your Product Return Authorisation (PRA) from us. When Lust Racing receives the item(s) being cross-shipped, the original product purchase price for the returned item will be refunded (that is total price including shipping - deducted by the shipping cost) providing the item is in condition in accordance to our return policy. If you do not wish to cross ship by placing a new order for the new items you like in exchange, the standard exchange method will be used. Standard exchange, Lust Racing will send the replacement item(s) upon successful receipt of the original item(s) when customer pays postage cost. Exchanged products are always sent to the same shipping address as was used for the original order.

4. Refunds
Credit card refunds are credited back to the card used for the original purchase. PayPal payments will be refunded to the same PayPal account/email that was used for the original purchase.
Please allow up to 30-days for refunds to be issued from receipt of return.
Do NOTICE while we issue full refund for orders that are cancelled within the 7 days cool off period, our payment gateway provider will deduct a 10% fee for orders cancelled prior to sending or returned. We do NOT receive this fee, NOR will we refund payment gateway processing fees as this is a 3rd party fees, by ordering on this website you accept these terms.

5. Return Shipping Methods
Please return all items via ground shipping, Royal mail, ParcelForce, TNT, FedEx, UPS, UKmail etc, Please note that third-party shippers, such as Royal Mail, UPS, TNT, FedEx UKmail etc., and similar companies, may add charges to normal ground shipping costs (insurance, custom fees, VAT, handling charges, processing fees, weekend delivery extra rates etc). Lust Racing, Ltd. does not reimburse these charges. Please do NOT return any items via COD; our shipping department CANNOT accept COD returns.

6. Return Shipping Costs
Return shipping costs are the sole responsibility of the customer. In cases where Lust Racing has shipped an incorrect item, Lust Racing will reimburse the cost of cheapest available tracked ground shipping service - this is usually you local postal service. Note that other carries may be substanitally more expensive. Under no curcumstances will we reinburse return costs that exceed the the cheapest available tracked postal service. If the customer decides to use a more expensive service the customer does so at his/her own cost.

7. Return Address
Prior to returning any item send a PRA Product Return Authorisation request to sales(at) use or use our web-contact form on our website, or call us.
NOTE: you MUST use to same email address that was used during ordering of the item!
We will respond to you in a timely manner and provide you with a PRA CODE if your return request appear to be within our return policy

Remember to include your name, address, email, phone number, specification of product returned, your bikes make, model and year of manufacture (NOTE that year of manufacture is not necessary the same as the license plate registration year indicator), reason for return, and the PRA CODE provided by us. Also remember to add the PRA code on the return parcel address label.

8. Parcels without PRA code will be rejected
We recommend sending all returns with tracking code as we cannot be held responsible for mail lost in transit. Parcels returned without PRA code will be rejected, if delivered and return not previously agreed upon items sent to us withou a valid PRA code are considered gifts and will become Lust Racing property within 60-days if not called for. Return postage is to be paid by customer. When we have received your returned items they are inspected, only after inspection can the a return or exchange be approved. We do our best to process your return request (PRA), and process received returns and product exchanges and refunds as quickly as possible in a timely manner.

9. Parcels returned to us as "Un-deliverable" or "NOT Called for"
If parcels are returned to us due to customers own actions or failings to take appropiate action (parcel not called for), or customer error (providing incorrect or incomplete address) or customers neglect and/or refusal (e.g. not paying import duty) we will issue a refund DEDUCTED BY OUR POSTAGE COST / SHIPPING COST / CARRIER when and ONLY WHEN the parcel / goods has been returned to us. We keep the right not to issue any refund until the goods has been received by us.

10. International returns - customs declaration
If a customer outside Great Britain is returning goods, it is the customers responsibility to fill in customs declaration form correctly. Items should be marked as "RETURNED GOODS". We will NOT pay import duty for a return parcel a result of incorrect customs declaration by the customer. In such case, parcels cannot be delivered to us, and will evantually be returned to the customer. Ensure you make correct custom declatation, to ensure that your return parcel can be delivered to us.

We respond to you regarding your PRA request and provide you with an PRA CODE. After Receiving the PRA code, you can return the items to us. Note that the items will be inspected before a refund or exchange for other product is issued. Returned goods need to be in the same "new" conditions as supplied.

14-day return right

Lust Racing provides a 14-day return right, note the 7-day cool off period and 48 hour notification period for damaged goods/parcels. Please do note that you need to notify us about defects and/or damaged parcels within 24-hours from receiving your order. Return of items due to change of mind must be made within the 7-day cool off period, after expiry of the 7-day cool off period returns are only accepted for incorrect or damaged items. Items must be returned unused and unfitted in the same new condition as supplied complete with manufacturers orignal sales packaging. unless otherwise has been agreed before the sales in writing. Note that we do not accept return parcels unless an PRA has first been applied for and accepted by us! Remember to mark your return parcel with the PRA code supplied from us. Parcels without a visible PRA code on the outside of the parcel will be refused. Do notice that accepting a return does not automatically indicate that we will issue a refund and/or that an exchange has been accepted or agreed upon, returned items will be inspected and only when found to be in condition as outlined in our return policy a refund or exhange can be issued. Items returned in condtion not as outlined in our return policy will become property of Lust Racing Ltd if not called upon within 30-days. Return postage costs of incorrectly returned items must be paid by customer before items can returned back to the customer. When a PRA code has been issued, you must send back the item within 14-days.
Always include your name, address, phone number and email, along with make and model and year model of your bike, description of why you wish to return the item, please be as accurate as possible. Remember to state if you like a refund or exchange to other product. Always use the same email as you used at the time of purchase. Postage costs are not refunded unless we sent wrong item by error, or the item is defect. We use all feedback received to improve our products and services provided.
